Heather is friends with Layne Abeley and Meena. She and Meena dress very weird and have short hair and highlights. They also like to protest. Heather, Layne Abeley and Meena are all LBR's (Loser Beyond Repair). She is very retro, with neon hair mascara, suspenders, and rhinestone tattoos. Unlike TPC, they are all independent, unique, and fun! Heather is the least LBRish out of all of them.
