William (on the left)
William Block is the father of Massie Block in The Clique series. He is portrayed by David Chisum in the movie.
History[]
William is a wealthy businessman and the owner of The Block Estate in Westchester, where he lives with his wife Kendra and daughter Massie. In The Clique (novel), William offers a job to his old college friend Jay Lyons, which results in the Lyons family moving from Orlando into the Blocks' guest house.
In My Little Phony, William loses a large amount of money due to the market taking a dip, and is forced to sell the Blocks' Hamptons house. In A Tale of Two Pretties, William lands a new job in England, where he purchases a castle to move into.
Personality[]
William is a laidback parent and rarely punishes Massie. He allows her to spend exorbitant sums of money without question and easily forgives her mistakes. He also takes nightly walks around the estate with Massie and Bean.
Appearance[]
William Block is described as balding, tall, and dressed in a business suit. He is described as handsome and most of the time he has a joking twinkle in his eyes.
