Shelby Wexler appears only in the movie The Clique. She is apparently the eighth grade alpha, instead of Skye Hamilton, who is the eighth grade alpha in all of the books. The original Pretty Committee was supposed to go to her party, but due to Claire coming to live with the Blocks, Massie is not able to go, and makes Alicia, Kristen, and Dylan bow out by lying that Shelby owns orange crocs and chopped her hair off because she had head lice. However, when the Pretty Committee sees her in school, she has very long hair.
She is portrayed by Elizabeth Gillies.
