The Gregory family consists of Marsha Gregory, Mr. Gregory, Kristen Gregory and Beckham Gregory. They used to be rich until Mr. Gregory lost his job as a rich and famous art dealer prior to Charmed and Dangerous. They currently live in the Pinewood, the same apartment complex as the Solomans.

The Pinewood is most commonly referred to as an apartment but on multiple occasions the girls mention that it's a condo. In P.S. I Loathe You when Massie shows up unannounced in her home, Kristen asks herself the question "How did you get a key to my condo?" (Pg. 164) even though it's called an apartment throughout the book.
-Note: an average apartment is paid by a monthly rent fee while condos are often paid through a mortgage
